Product Introduction
Main Feature:
The structural parts have smooth transitions and the surfaces are polished to effectively eliminate sanitary dead corners. The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
Opening the flip cover can effectively clean the space between the centrifuge shell and the drum.
The machine base has a flat structure, which lowers the center of gravity of the machine and occupies a small space. The flat base can be used as an operating platform and is easy to operate.
Equipped with liquid damping shock absorbers, the vibration damping effect is good and daily maintenance is simplified.
The flip cover is equipped with a feeding pipe, washing pipe, observation mirror and lighting hole. Equipped with an online cleaning system (optional) to clean the inner wall of the centrifuge shell, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, the surface of the liquid collecting tank and other invisible parts inside the centrifuge, in compliance with GMP specifications.
The crystal grains are not easily broken and can be used to separate suspensions with granular solid phases and fibrous materials. It has a wide range of applications.
The frequency converter starts smoothly and the separation factor is adjustable.
Sealed structure, seals made of silicone rubber or fluororubber, etc., equipped with nitrogen protection system (optional), can achieve sealing and explosion-proof requirements, and is suitable for applications in toxic, flammable and explosive situations.
The PBZ centrifuge uses a direct-coupled explosion-proof motor, which eliminates friction dust caused by the belt drive. At the same time, because the motor is installed at the bottom of the machine, the centrifuge occupies a smaller area.
