The LGZD series bag-shaking scraper bottom discharge centrifuge maintains the main functions of the LGZ series products such as solid-liquid separation scraper discharge, and adds the function of removing the residual filter cake layer by shaking the bag. The removal rate can reach More than 99%. It avoids cross-batch mixing of product separation between different batches, and at the same time solves the impact of the residual filter cake layer on the filtration rate. Mainly used in solid-liquid separation processes in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, new energy and other industries.
Main FeatureShake the bag to remove the residual filter cake. Through the up and down reciprocating motion of the pneumatic bag shaking device, all the remaining filter cakes discharged by the scraper are removed, achieving complete discharge and filter cloth regeneration.

Working Principle The material to be separated is added to the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal field, the material is filtered through the filter cloth, the liquid phase is discharged through the liquid outlet pipe, and the solid phase is trapped in the drum. When the material is filled up, stop feeding, wash the filter cake, and filter out the washing liquid at the same time. The centrifuge continues to rotate to dry the filter cake. After the filter cake reaches the separation requirements, the centrifuge slows down and the filter cake is scraped off by a scraper and discharged from the bottom. The centrifuge then slows down and the bag-shaking device shakes back and forth to shake off the remaining filter cake, thereby completely removing the filter cake and regenerating the filter cloth.
