Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid phase in the slurry passes through the screen laid on the rotating wall. are filtered out, and the solid particles are trapped in the drum; at the same time, the solid particles in the drum move from the small end of the drum to the large end of the drum under the action of centrifugal force and the relative differential speed between the spiral and the drum. During this movement, due to the increase in rotation diameter, the centrifugal force increases rapidly, and the solid phase changes from a higher moisture content when it initially enters to a solid phase with the lowest moisture content when it is discharged from the drum, thereby realizing the solid-liquid phase. The centrifuge has a built-in washing tube, which can wash the filter cake while filtering it. Because it is a thin layer of filter cake washing, the washing effect is good and the consumption of washing liquid is low.
A steam pipe can be designed on the back of the drum to wash the crystallized material on the back of the drum at high temperature.
The spiral differential has three configurations: cycloidal differential, planetary differential and hydraulic differential, which can meet the separation of different materials.
