Main Features and Configuration Options
Adopting PLC programmable control, it can realize remote monitoring, touch screen operation and human-machine dialogue, and is easy to operate and maintain.
The action components adopt electric-pneumatic-hydraulic automatic control.
Multiple safety protections: speed detection, over-vibration protection, cover opening protection, motor overload and overheating protection, scraper rotation mechanical/electrical dual control.
The welded overall frame has a compact structure and high machine load-bearing strength.
Fully sealed structure, seals are made of silicone rubber or fluorine rubber.
The independent hydraulic station can be installed in isolation and convenient for maintenance.
Using variable frequency control, the drum speed is infinitely adjustable. Process speeds such as feeding, separation, washing, dehydration, and unloading can be set as required.
Floating platform base, rubber vibration-absorbing foundation. Liquid damping shock absorbers can also be used, which have excellent vibration reduction effects, ensure smooth machine operation, and reduce the harm of machine vibration to equipment and the environment.
A choice of discharging methods: the chute open discharging structure is simple; the screw conveyor and scraper are integrated for discharging, and the filter cake collection rate is high, effectively preventing material clogging.
